Superbuy Spreadsheet categories, each paired with a paid check
Every category opens a catalogue of product cards. Next to each one: an example warehouse service to consider for that kind of item, what it costs, and how long Superbuy gives itself to do it.
Sixteen categories, each paired with a timed check
Pick a category to open its catalogue. The red line on each card is an optional paid service related to that kind of item, with its time standard from help 3457.

How a Superbuy Spreadsheet card turns into an order

Each card in a Superbuy Spreadsheet category is a product photo, a short name and a link to the original listing. The card is a starting point, not a quote: price, stock and size range belong to the seller and change without notice.
To buy, copy the listing link, paste it into the search bar on Superbuy, choose size and colour, and add any paid services in the same step. Services bought at this point are bought before the item reaches the warehouse, which matters for when their clock starts.
That last point is easy to miss. For detailed photos, detailed inspection and video, Superbuy’s own service pages say a purchase made before arrival is completed within 24 hours after the item arrives; a purchase made after arrival gets 24 hours from the purchase. Ordering the photo at checkout does not make it faster, it just means you do not have to remember later. See help centre article 1112 and help centre article 1390.
Write down the request before starting a service clock
Open the original listing and choose the actual option, then save its size, colour, quantity and relevant measurements. A service request is easier to fulfil when it names a specific item and desired action. Asking for a sleeve measurement is more precise than asking staff to check whether a garment is good. A catalogue picture alone does not define that task.
The Spreadsheet is a discovery and guidance layer. Superbuy manages the purchase, stored goods and ordered services. Keep their timestamps with the corresponding record rather than assuming every timer starts at payment. A seller dispatch, warehouse check and parcel submission are different events. Clarify incomplete information first; the existence of a service-time standard does not guarantee an item’s suitability or a parcel’s arrival date.
Coats, hoodies and denim: photos, try-on and ironing
For clothing, a photo can help examine a requested angle or detail. A detailed photo is CN¥2 and shows one angle or one detail; from the third photo in an order the price halves. Model try-on photos are CN¥30 an item and show the garment worn, which is the nearest thing to seeing the fit before it crosses the world.
Ironing (CN¥20) and trim thread (CN¥5) are cosmetic and mostly matter if the item will be photographed or gifted on arrival. Each has the same 24-hour standard, and each is listed in the conditional ten-times scheme. A missed time alone is not enough: the warehouse, actual service payment, status and exclusions still apply.
Trainers, bags and caps: packaging that runs on a clock
Packaging services are priced per item or per parcel and carry the same 24-hour standard as photos. EPE foam costs CN¥4 an item and suits shoeboxes. A dust-proof bag is CN¥4 and keeps a bag’s hardware from scuffing its own leather. Bubble cushioning wrap (CN¥5) protects caps and anything with a brim.
A bubble mailer is the one service in the table charged per parcel rather than per item, at CN¥5. Customised EPE is priced as 23 plus N, with N left undefined in the article; ask before you rely on a figure.
Gadgets and watches: the 3C power check

The inspection of 3C and appliance power costs CN¥12 an item and is the check for anything with a plug or a battery: does it switch on. A video capture (CN¥20) is the better buy for a watch, because a still photo cannot show a moving second hand.
Electronics are also where the third worked example in help 3457 applies. If the item cannot be returned once its seal is broken, the warehouse has to ask you before it opens the box, and the time spent waiting for your answer does not count.
Fragrance and sealed boxes: decide before you buy the check
Detailed photos are taken with the sealed packaging opened by default, and the article is blunt that the original seal cannot be restored. For fragrance, cosmetics and boxed electronics that may decide whether a return is still possible.
If the original seal matters, request an outer-box-only photo and confirm that support accepts the instruction. A note does not guarantee there will be no question, delay or effect on return eligibility.
Looking items up by name
The search box at the top of the home page looks items up by name across the whole catalogue. Plain English works best: the material and the item (merino crew neck, canvas tote) rather than a brand.
Results open as catalogue cards like the ones above. From there the steps are the same: copy the listing link, paste it into Superbuy, and decide at checkout which timed services are worth the money for that particular item.
Found something? Open it on Superbuy and add the checks before you pay.
