Every timed Superbuy service, its fee and its ten-times payout

Help article 3457 is a single table with a penalty column. Here it is in full, entry by entry, with the places where Superbuy’s other pages describe the same service differently.

The full table: 21 service rows, 22 calculator choices

Fees and penalties are in Chinese yuan (CN¥). DI means a stock-in entry, the warehouse record for one item line. The first nineteen entries are the article’s own table; the last two rows were added in a separate block that took effect on 13 June 2025. The return/exchange row has two separately priced actions, so the calculator offers 22 choices. The penalty column is the article’s heading, “10x the actual payment amount”.

Each row gives a published fee and time standard. A late result is not enough by itself: the selected warehouse, actual payment, response status and exclusions determine whether the ten-times scheme applies.

Two entries break the pattern. Priority stock-in and priority stock-out are measured in working hours, the only services in the table that are, and neither page says which hours those are. Everything else runs on the plain clock, nights and weekends included.

The parcel services that run on a plain 24 hours

Comparison of storage extension pricing: per month in the 10x table versus per DI per month in help 1391
The same service priced on two different bases.

Split order or discard item (CN¥2 a DI) lets you divide an order so part of it can ship early, or drop an item you no longer want before it is packed. Help 1388 gives its turnaround as “within 24 hours” with no reference to arrival, because the item is already in the warehouse when you buy it.

Extended storage is in the same group. Help 1391 prices it at CN¥10 per DI per month, while the 10× table says CN¥10 per month. On a single-item order the two agree; on a five-item order one reading costs ten yuan and the other fifty.

Photo and inspection services, and when their clock starts

Four services in the table produce evidence: detailed photo (CN¥2), detailed inspection (CN¥5.5), video capture (CN¥20) and secondary quality inspection (CN¥6). The free standard photos, three per item and taken within 24 hours of arrival, are not in the table because nothing is paid for them.

Three of the four have service pages that split the clock in two: bought before arrival, 24 hours after the item arrives; bought after arrival, 24 hours after purchase. Secondary inspection is bought when the item is already stored, so its clock simply starts at purchase.

Priority stock-in: three hours, or three working hours

The 1448 banner says “within 3h after receipt”; the 10× table says “3 work hrs”. Cropped from help centre article 1448.

Priority stock-in costs CN¥5 a DI and moves your item from the warehouse door to your stored list faster than the free 24-hour standard. The 10× table gives its standard as “3 work hrs”. Help 1448, updated on 23 July 2026, says “within 3 hours from the time the Superbuy warehouse successfully signs for the package”, and its banner reads “Within 3h after receipt”.

Neither page defines working hours. Signed at 17:00 Beijing, the plain reading makes it due at 20:00; a 09:00 to 18:00 working day pushes it to 11:00 the next morning. The calculator shows both.

Priority stock-out and its tiered fee

Priority stock-out promises that a parcel is packed and weighed within 3 working hours after it is approved. The fee is CN¥10 a parcel for up to 10 DIs; above that, the first ten cost CN¥10 together and each extra DI adds CN¥0.5.

A parcel with fourteen DIs has a published priority stock-out fee of CN¥12. An accepted ten-times claim based on that actual payment would be CN¥120. A DI is a warehouse item entry; do not assume it always equals one physical piece.

No-reason returns: ten times of zero

From 13 June 2025, a no-reason return or exchange has a 48-hour response/acceptance standard. A qualifying missed response may receive ten times the actual operation service fee; listed exclusions and the warehouse restriction still apply. The operation fee is set by how many you have used that calendar month: the first is free, uses two to five cost CN¥5 for a return and CN¥10 for an exchange, six to nine cost CN¥10 and CN¥20, and the tenth and later uses cost CN¥20 and CN¥40.

The current Chinese rule includes the tenth and later monthly uses in the final tier: CN¥20 for return handling and CN¥40 for exchange handling. Read the actual fee, included free use and seller-fault exception in your request. Older English text omitted that boundary.

Use the actual service payment

Bar comparison of five detailed photos: list price 10 yuan versus actual payment 7 yuan and the resulting 100 or 70 yuan credit
Five detailed photos illustrate why actual payment matters. With CN¥7 paid, the conditional ten-times figure is CN¥70. The chart’s CN¥100 list-price calculation does not apply to that payment.

Current Chinese help 3457 defines the credit as ten times the amount actually paid for the covered service. Use the service charge recorded for your order, excluding the goods and shipping. The separately noted custom-EPE row has conflicting printed arithmetic and needs confirmation.

The detailed-photo schedule illustrates the difference: the list price is CN¥2 a photo, with half price from the third photo. Five photos total CN¥7 under that schedule. If CN¥7 was actually paid and the claim qualifies, the illustration is CN¥70. Enter a different actual payment in the calculator when your order record shows one.

Written clocks with a different remedy

Table of services with deadlines outside the 10x table: Speedy Response, Expert Sourcing, standard photos, free stock-in
Written standards that are not part of the ten-times scheme.

Some written time standards carry a different remedy or none. Speedy Response (CN¥5 an order) promises a 1-hour response for orders paid 09:00 to 18:00 Beijing; if it is late for reasons such as a large order, help 1444 says the fee is refunded, not multiplied.

Expert Sourcing promises a first response within 24 hours on weekdays and handles weekend requests on Monday. The free standard photos and the free stock-in each have a 24-hour standard and no payout, because there is no fee to multiply.
