Updates to Superbuy’s deadlines and to this guide

The Superbuy articles behind every figure here, the date each was last updated, when each promise began, and a dated log of changes to this site.

Official notices behind the deadlines, by date

Timeline of article update dates from July 2023 to July 2026
When each source article was last updated.

Each article this site relies on carries an “updated” date in its header. These are the dates as read on 10 October 2026. When one changes, the figures on this site that depend on it are rechecked.

The spread of dates is itself useful. The purchasing standard was last touched in July 2023, before the 10× scheme existed, which explains why its return window and its Speedy Response wording differ from the newer service pages. The newest article in the set, priority stock-in, dates from July 2026.

When each promise started

Timeline of launch dates: 1 Nov 2024, 13 Dec 2024, 20 Dec 2024, 13 Jun 2025
Launch dates from the 10× table.

The 10× table records a launch date for each service. Seventeen services joined on 1 November 2024, detailed photo on 13 December 2024, priority stock-in on 20 December 2024. Priority stock-out and the no-reason return or exchange response followed on 13 June 2025.

The retained table is a dated snapshot. Check the current article for added or removed services and launch dates before purchasing an add-on.

Official community channels

Table of official community channels and what to use each for
Where Superbuy speaks, and what each channel is good for.

Superbuy lists its own channels on Discord, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X, and notices also appear on the r/Superbuy subreddit, posted by an account that presents itself as Superbuy’s. Whether that subreddit is run by Superbuy is not stated.

For anything about a deadline, the help centre article is the source that counts. Community posts can tell you a rule has changed; the article tells you what it now says.

What to recheck after 25 October 2026

Comparison of Superbuy desk and cut-off times before and after 25 October 2026 on a UK clock
The same Beijing schedule on a British clock, before and after the switch.

Every UK time on this site is given for both halves of the year, so nothing needs rewriting when the clocks go back. What does change is your own habit: the Beijing desk now opens at 01:00 and closes at 10:00 on your clock, and the warehouse cut-off moves to 09:00 GMT.

Superbuy articles can change without a separate announcement. Check the current service page when buying an add-on and keep the fee and time conditions for your order.

How a change at Superbuy reaches this page

Flow of how a Superbuy article change is processed: date moves, reread, correct, retest, log
Five steps from an article change to a dated log entry.

When a source article’s header date moves, the article is read again in full and compared line by line with the version used here. Fees and standards that changed are corrected, the calculator’s service list is updated, and the test cases are run again.

A changed service rule needs a dated review of the relevant page and calculator. For an earlier purchase, keep the terms shown when you ordered and ask support which version applies; this guide cannot promise retrospective coverage.

Dated changes to this guide

Dated changes to this guide. Corrections from readers are listed with the date they were made.

A change is logged when it alters a figure, a deadline or a conclusion. Wording fixes that change no meaning are not listed. If you relied on an earlier version of a page, the log tells you whether anything you read has since moved, and the source article dates above tell you whether Superbuy moved first.
